INDIA PALE ALE
IPA is a top-fermented semi-dark beer. Its uniqueness lies in its intense bitterness, copper color and slightly fruity and hoppy taste. It is brewed from five types of malt and four types of hops. The “dry hopping” or “cold hopping” method is used for the final fermentation in lager tanks, when special aromatic hops are added.
