Description
A typical English ale [ajl] characterized by an amber color, a subtle bitterness and a full malt body. Carefully selected hops give the beer an aroma of resins, roses, grapefruit peel, or traces of gooseberries. The intense onset of bitterness after drinking is gradually replaced by a drier malt flavor with notes of caramel and dried fruit. The beer experience is completed by a dark amber to garnet color and a fine silky head.
