Lager des Etoiles

Description

This 'Star Lager' will lead you to the force with its massive dose of hops and midichlorians. It has a light and subtle texture, with balanced bitterness and notes of red berries. As the brewery's second lager, the 'Lager des Etoiles' is the result of our work on low fermentations. It's a variation of an India Pale Ale (IPA) recipe, heavily hopped but fermented with a lager yeast strain.
