Conteuse de Lune

Description

A very light beer in both alcohol and texture but strong in flavor and personality. This beer stands out for its drinkability, its vegetal and fruity taste, and its lightness. La Conteuse is a hybrid between a Belgian table beer and an American session IPA, combining a low alcohol content, a slight roundness, a vegetal and fruity taste, and extreme drinkability. This recipe was conceived and developed in collaboration with Clémence Thibord from the Thibord brewery in Palis, Aube(10).
