Description

IPA (India Pale Ale) is a top-fermented semi-dark special beer with an amber to copper color, which stands out for its fullness and expressiveness of taste. In its production, we use the cold hopping method with aromatic Amarillo and Cascade hop varieties. Thanks to this hopping method, the beer acquires a specific taste, aroma and bitterness for its beer style. In addition to the typical characteristics of ALE beers (the aroma of flowers, raisins, stone fruit), you will also feel an intense hop aroma with a hint of citrus and tangerines in its smell and taste.
