Judas

Description

Judas is a high-fermentation beer, with secondary fermentation in the bottle. It is a heavy ochre blond beer, bitter-sweet, soft and full-bodied. Judas is still brewed according to artisanal principles. Only the best barley and selected Bohemian hops are good enough for the production of Judas. The heavy blond beer undergoes a second fermentation and a long maturation in the bottle, resulting in a rich body and round taste.The balance between a fine aroma and subtle bitterness give this beer a unique place in the rich Belgian beer tradition.
