The bubbles are fine, abundant, and have a quick ascent. The aroma is enveloping with fresh spices. Roasted notes give personality to the final perception. In the mouth, it is smooth as its carbonation is well-integrated, offering a palate filled with dense toasted cereal notes. The liveliness of the acidity makes it incredibly refreshing. The bitterness at the finish provides a long aftertaste. Serving: It is recommended to enjoy this beer in a slightly closed glass to savor it in all its splendor. The ideal temperature for enjoyment is between 4 to 6 degrees Celsius.
