Description

Equilater is a beer crafted through molecular pairing, a methodology that identifies the dominant molecules in beverages and seeks foods that share them to achieve perfect pairings. We developed this beer in collaboration with François Chartier, one of the world's most influential sommeliers and the creator of molecular harmonies. Traditionally, when beers were brewed, sommeliers sought the perfect gastronomic pairing afterward. Now, we've reversed the process, creating a beer where the ingredients were chosen specifically for pairing.
