An untypically well balanced English Ale with a beautiful and touching hop aroma. This top fermented ale is brewed with a combination of pale- and specialty Cara malts. 4 different hops from South Africa, Germany and Czech create the perfect hop aromas that will capture your nostrils and will only let go once you had a big nice refreshing sip and then your taste buds will take over. This amber coloured Ale ferments and then taken off the settled yeast it matures until the full English Ale Character is built to perfection. The mild, natural and unforced carbonation is underlining this distinct character of our English Ale.
