Mifuka (実深)

Description

This is a collaboration beer to celebrate the 7th anniversary of Godspeed Brewery in Toronto, Canada. Godspeed's specialty Czech-style lager is infused with the sweet potato 'Kurenai Aka', which can be said to be the origin of COEDO's beer brewing! This lager beer has a Japanese taste, combining the gentle caramel flavor from the decoction method and the subtle sweetness from Kurenai Aka with the fresh matcha-like herbal flavor of Czech hops.
