Description
In August 2024, we harvested hops for the first time from our own 22 hectares of hop fields near the village of Yershiposi in the Vurnarsky District of Chuvashia. We carefully picked the hops by hand, dried and pressed them within 24 hours of harvesting, and then transported them in refrigerated chambers to St. Petersburg, where they became part of the new Baltika Seasonal variety.
