LAMBIC
This beer is born from the union of two brews: a dark, potent one fermented in the Lambic style, and a lighter one with low bitterness to balance the intensity. Its foam's unique color stands out, and this new interpretation of AMBAR is both complex and playful. The spontaneous fermentation and use of wild yeast (though with a very cosmopolitan, almost local origin) reveal various nuances as you taste it. The flavor evolves, almost playing with you as you drink it—initially, the aromas and the sweetness of red fruits dominate, accompanied by the acidity of fermentation, but by the end, a very original bitterness emerges, intertwined with a hint of aromatic herbs.
