Description
This Ambiciosa beer has been crafted with oranges hand-picked, one by one, from the garden of the Aljafería Palace (known in the 11th century as Qasr al-Surur or 'Palace of Joy'). The inspiration for this Ambiciosa comes from the orange trees of the Aljafería Palace, one of the best-preserved examples of Hispano-Muslim architecture in Spain. These orange trees produce a very special (and very bitter) orange that we can't eat but can certainly use to brew beer.
