PALE ALE
Ambar 1900 breaks the traditional expectations of an ale. It combines all the aromatic nuances from the high-temperature fermentation process with a light body, a pale color, and an extra-fine bubble. With moderate bitterness, it is very smooth on the palate, full of fresh fruit flavors and freshly baked malt. Initially conceived as a seasonal beer, Ambar 1900 was one of Spain's first ales. However, a truly persuasive clientele led to it becoming a permanent fixture in the portfolio.
